Digital Millennium Copyright Act Policy

Welcome to our website. We value the rights of intellectual property and expect the same respect in return. According to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, a copyright owner or their representative can send us a takedown notice if they believe their copyrighted material has been infringed upon. As an internet service provider, we are protected by the “safe harbor” provisions of the DMCA against such claims. To submit an infringement claim, certain information must be provided.

Notice of Infringement – Claim

  1. A signature from the copyright owner or their authorized representative;
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work that has been infringed;
  3. Details of the infringing material to be removed, with the URL of the page if possible;
  4. Contact information of the complaining party including name, address, email, phone, and fax number;
  5. A statement that the material is being used without authorization;
  6. A statement confirming the accuracy of the information provided and the authority of the complaining party.

Section 17 USC §512(f) imposes penalties for misrepresenting information in an infringement notification. All takedown notices should be submitted through our Contact page via email for faster processing.

We may disclose the identity of those involved in a copyright infringement claim to the alleged infringer. By submitting a claim, you agree to this possibility.

Counter Notification – Restoration of Material

If you receive a takedown notice for copyright infringement, you can send us a written counter notification requesting the restoration of the material. Certain elements must be included in this counter notification, such as your signature and a statement under penalty of perjury.

  1. Your signature;
  2. Description of the material taken down and its original location;
  3. A statement affirming your belief that the removal was a mistake;
  4. Your contact information and consent to jurisdiction for legal matters.

Send your counter notification through our Contact page, preferably via email.

Repeat Infringer Policy

We have a strict policy regarding copyright infringement. We keep track of DMCA notices and make an effort to identify repeat infringers. Accounts of repeat offenders will be terminated.
